Cost, timing and engagement.
01How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope, functionality and integrations. After a short discovery we give a transparent proposal with defined deliverables, milestones and cost, no hidden positions.
02How long does a project take?
A focused build can be weeks; a full multi-module rollout longer. You get a clear plan and milestones after scoping.
03What engagement models do you offer?
Fixed scope, time & materials, a dedicated team, or a retainer, and you can switch or blend them as the work evolves.
04Do you work with our existing team?
Yes. We embed in your tools, process and cadence rather than forcing ours, with a single point of contact throughout.
05Is there a minimum commitment?
Time & materials has none. Dedicated team and retainer run monthly and roll forward, scale down or pause with notice.
Technical & ERP
Stack, migration and support.
01What technologies do you build on?
A modern, proven stack, React, Next.js, Node, Python, React Native, Flutter, AWS and ERPNext/Frappe, chosen to fit your product, not our habits.
02Can you migrate us to ERPNext?
Yes. We move you off spreadsheets, Tally or a legacy suite, scoping, data migration, validation and go-live, from start to finish.
03Is ERPNext really free?
ERPNext itself is open-source with no licence fee. You pay for implementation and hosting, a fraction of legacy ERP’s total cost of ownership.
04Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Maintenance, hosting, content, SEO and continued optimisation can all continue after go-live, sized to your needs.
05How do you handle security?
Hardened architecture, access controls, reviewed code and NDAs. Security is built in from the first frame, not bolted on.
Contractual
Ownership and getting started.
01Who owns the code and IP?
You do, in every model. All work product, code and infrastructure is yours, documented and handed over, with no lock-in.
02Which entity will we contract with?
Services, ERP and staff augmentation go through FCIT; our own product engagements through FCN. We confirm at proposal.
03How do we get started?
A short call about goals, scope and timing. Then a clear recommendation, a defined scope and a plan you can act on.
04Can you sign an NDA?
Absolutely, we work under NDA as standard and keep your data and IP protected throughout.
